Processing
I ship out orders once a week, usually on Mondays.
I added a ‘collect’ option if you can make it to Edinburgh. This reduces CO2 emissions and I get to meet you! 🕺🏼❤️
Shipping Time
All orders are sent out from the UK. `
Shipping time estimate:
- UK - 1 to 4 working days
- Western Europe* - 3 to 5 working days
- Rest of Europe - 4 to 6 working days
- Rest of the World 1 to 3 weeks
(some countries can have lengthy delivery times, contact me if it goes beyond 5 weeks.)
* (Ireland, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, the Netherlands, Switzerland, Belgium, Sweden, Austria and Luxembourg)

Packaging
Sustainability is an important aspect of my practice. Prints are slipped into compostable sleeves, paper envelopes and tape (while stocks last).
They are 100% recyclable, biodegradable and compostable.
Please make sure you recycle them once you receive your prints. Or even better - re-use them 🌿

Returns
As I run this store alone, I cannot currently offer returns or refunds.
If you have any concerns about your order not arriving, I will do my best to resolve it. Please mention your order number.
If you believe you’ve entered the wrong address, email me ASAP. Once the items are shipped out, things are out of my control.
Tracking
I recommend tracking your order if you can afford it to make sure it gets there safely and on time.
Customs
I currently cannot cover additional customs and duty charges.
Due to Brexit, custom charges may apply to prints shipped to the EU.
